How a simple question on TikTok went viral and turned into something much bigger than I ever imagined.
The Idea
It all started with a spontaneous idea. I was thinking about dream cars and the perfect song to play when you finally get the keys to yours. So, I hopped on TikTok and asked a simple question: "What song will you play when you get your dream car?"
Blowing Up
To my surprise, the video blew up! It got over 700,000 views, 70,000 likes, and well over 7,000 comments. People from all over South Africa shared their dream car songs, and the engagement was incredible. The responses were so diverse and interesting, and it made me realize just how much music means to people.

Volkswagen was so impressed with the concept that they sent me the brand-new R1.8 million Touareg R-Line in Silizium Grey Metallic Matt—a sleek and sophisticated finish that perfectly complements its bold design and luxury features. I had the privilege of keeping it for an entire week, during which I created some amazing content (check it out below!).

The overwhelming response inspired me to take things a step further. I decided to create a Spotify playlist featuring some of the songs mentioned in the comments. The playlist quickly gained popularity and now has over 300 saves! It's amazing to see how a simple TikTok question brought together such a diverse collection of music.
